HQ Design & Build started in Colorado in 2017. Nathan moved operations to Lubbock with the same standard: show up, document the job, build it right, and leave a clean site.
Outdoor living is the core — but masonry, hardscape, pergolas, and interior finish work all run through the same field process. One binder, one point of contact, no runaround between trades.
Service area covers Lubbock and roughly a two-hour radius. If the job is real and the scope is clear, he'll walk the site and log it.
CO roots → Lubbock, TX · Est. 2017Binder margin notes
Observations from the field — not testimonials. Documented patterns we see on jobs.
Drainage gets skipped on half the bids we compete against. We won't pour stone until pitch is verified — it's in the log before we start.
West Texas wind means pergola posts get engineered anchors, not deck screws. We document hardware spec on every shade structure.
Change orders go in the binder before work starts. No surprise line items on closeout day.
Colorado craft, Lubbock schedule. Same crew lead from estimate to final walkthrough.
