Sheet P-01 · Method
A straight line from the first dimension mark to the final walkthrough. No surprises, no subcontractor telephone.
Site visit, photos, and field measurements. We listen first, then put pencil to vellum.
Scaled drawings, material selections, and a fixed-scope proposal — before any dirt moves.
Nathan's crew executes the plan. Daily progress updates, clean job sites, and on-schedule delivery.
Final inspection together. Punch list resolved on the spot. You get the keys — and the drawings.

Sheet B-01 · Bio
Nathan founded HQ Design & Build in Colorado in 2017 with a simple premise: the person who draws the plan should also swing the hammer. After years of high-altitude stone work along the Front Range, he relocated the operation to Lubbock, Texas — drawn by the South Plains' growing demand for quality outdoor living and the straight-talking clients who value craft over flash.
The name stuck. The Instagram handle @hqcolorado is a breadcrumb from the Colorado years — but every new project ships from West Texas now. Same crew, same standards, new latitude.
Whether it's a backyard pergola in Lubbock or a full hardscape in Clovis, Nathan runs every job personally. No sales team, no project manager buffer — just direct access from first call to final nail.
